The best part of the school year has come again and on Thursday, 26th of April both primary and secondary students went on their well-deserved school tour. This year, we paid a sweet visit to the Butler’s Chocolate Factory. It was both an educational as well as a culinary experience. It was a fun-filled tour with lots of new information about the history of chocolate, facts about Ireland’s oldest chocolate factory and a great insight into the world of the chocolate production. But, surely the highlight was the time spent in the chocolate experience room where we had a chance to create our own chocolate.
Apart from the chocolate factory, the primary school students visited Go Kids Go play center where they had great time playing. Meanwhile, the secondary students paid a visit to one of Dublin’s most beautiful parks, St. Anne’s park in Clontarf. Everybody enjoyed the tour.
